An education in economics from ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ develops practical skills and gives our graduates many career choices. The Economics major at Eastern is designed to be flexible, allowing a student to tailor the degree to her or his specific interests and career aspirations, and the Economics major can be combined easily with any minor. 
 Classes in economics at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ are small in size, allowing our professors to better provide students with more individual attention. Admission to the Economics program requires a 2.25 grade point average in Economics coursework with at least six semester hours of Economics earned. (NOT AVAILABLE TO FRESHMEN.)
