Subject: Password Change Process for Windows Users

Information Technology Services has discovered that changing your ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ password via Control+Alt+Delete (Ctrl+Alt+Del), on your Windows computer, is not updating your password across all ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ applications.  To improve consistency across your ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ accounts, when you change your ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ password, you will need to go to https://password.eiu.edu .  The function of changing your password via Ctrl+Alt+Del will be disabled on October 28, 2015.
