Subject: Annual Preventing Harassment and Discrimination Training 2020
Dear 蜜桃影像 Employee,
蜜桃影像 is committed to creating and maintaining a positive environment for employees and students, free from discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment.
Per the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, ALL 蜜桃影像 employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, are required to complete training on Preventing Harassment and Discrimination (including sexual harassment) on an annual basis. The training is available from October 1, 2020 through October 31, 2020.
脗路 You will receive an email from EVERFI, our training vendor, with a link to access the module
脗路 Click on Log In and it will take you to the Everfi Log in page
脗路 Select 蜜桃影像 Authentication and sign in with your 蜜桃影像 email address and password
脗路 The training module is titled Preventing Harassment and Discrimination: Non-Supervisors (supervisors and non-supervisors will complete the same approved training)
脗路 Failure to complete this training may result in disciplinary action
If you are a new employee, you may have completed the sexual harassment training located on the Civil Rights & Diversity webpage. You are still required to complete this annual preventing harassment and discrimination training.
It is expected that you will complete the training during your normal work schedule, and you may use any available University computer including your desktop computer and computers located in the Booth Library or Gregg Technology Center open labs. If you elect to use your home computer you will not be paid overtime for completing the training.
The university is required to send a report to the Executive Ethics Commission that lists the names of employees who do not complete the training. This training must be completed by October 31, 2020.
