Research & Creative Activity

The Lumpkin College of Business and Technology offers a wide variety of opportunities for students to expand their academic experience and dig deeper into their discipline through collaborative research and creative activities with the guidance of a faculty mentor. Participating in research-related projects will:

• Enhance your understanding and knowledge of your academic field
• Take your learning outside of the classroom
• Clarify post-graduate and career options
• Develop skills in communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and time management
• Earn academic credit, scholarships, stipends and/or awards
• Strengthen your resume through presentations and publications of your projects
