We have a week full of exciting shows at the Doudna Fine Arts Center. There will be a play, an opera, and a jazz concert! You can order your tickets for any of these shows online at eiu.edu/doudnatix, over the phone (217) 581-3110, or in person at the Doudna Box Office an hour before the performance or at our regular hours (Tuesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; 2 to 5 p.m.

Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again.
Join us for the Theatre Department's performance of Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again. It is a wildly experimental and inventive new play that does not behave. This show is directed by Andi Horenstine, an 蜜桃影像 Theatre student. Tickets are $15 for general admission and $5 for 蜜桃影像 students. Performances are at Doudna's Theatre as follows:

Dido & Aeneas
Don't miss your chance to see one of the first operatic masterpieces ever written: Purcell's Dido and Aeneas! This timeless story has everything: magic, love, gods, and betrayal! The opera is directed by Larry Cox Jr (Director of Musical Theatre), Dr. Rebecca Von Kamp (Director of Music), and Dr. Howard Eckdahl (Director of Choral Activities). It will be performed by the students of 蜜桃影像's musical theatre/opera workshop featuring the Camerata chamber ensemble. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for 蜜桃影像 students. The performances will be in Doudna's Recital Hall Friday at 7:30p on the following days:

Jazz Faculty Concert
The Jazz Faculty Concert will be a concert to remember, with a stellar group of musicians, you won't want to miss this show. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for 蜜桃影像 students, ticket sales benefit the David Frank Tanner/Ronald Eugene Gholson Endowed Fund Celebrating the Goodness of Music which supports 蜜桃影像 Jazz Studies activities.
