Daily Crime Log

The Police Department at 蜜桃影像 is required to create, maintain, and make available an easily understood daily crime log. The daily crime log must include the nature, date, time, general location of each crime that occurs within the institution鈥檚 Clery Geography, and the disposition of the complaint, if known. The University Police Department must make the entries available within two business days of the report of the information, unless the disclosure is prohibited by law or would jeopardize the confidentiality of the victim. The University Police Department may withhold this information if there is clear and convincing evidence that releasing it would jeopardize an ongoing criminal investigation or safety of the individual, cause the suspect to flee or evade detection, or result in the destruction of evidence. However, UPD must disclose any withheld information once the adverse effect is no longer likely to occur. The University Police Department is required to make the crime log for the most recent 60-day period open to the public inspection during normal business hours and any portion of the log older than sixty days available within two business days of a request for public inspection.

The incident involved four female subjects. Two of the subjects were issued a notice to appear and were transported to a residential dormitory at 蜜桃影像.
2025-10-29	Burglary Residence	Residential Hall	On October 29, 2025, at approximately 7:31 p.m., a victim reported a burglary of her residential dorm room. The burglary occurred between 7:00 p.m.. and 7:31 p.m.
2025-10-30	Burglary to Motor Vehicle	Campus	On October 30, 2025 at 7:16 a.m. a burglary to motor vehicle was reported on the North side of Lantz Complex. There are no suspects at this time.
2025-10-30	Criminal Trespass	City of Charleston/Outside Clery Geography	On October 30, 2025, at approximately 9:31 a.m., UPD assisted CPD with a criminal trespass incident that occurred off campus at McDonald鈥檚.
2025-11-02	Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer	Outside Clery Geography	On November 2, 2025, at approximately 10:13 p.m., UPD assisted CPD with a vehicle that fled from a traffic stop. The incident occurred off campus.
