The Rural Teacher Corps (RTC) is a pathway that provides support to become a teacher, especially in high need rural communities. The path starts with our High School RTCs and connects with community college groups and the Rural Teacher Corps at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ. The final component is the mentoring and support for new teachers as they join the profession.
