Diagnostic Services

• Speech-language diagnostics are typically scheduled Friday mornings during the Fall and Spring semesters, and Tuesday mornings during the Summer. These evaluations usually require two hours.
• Audiological diagnostics and speech and hearing screenings are scheduled by appointment.
• The fee for a speech-language evaluation is $300. Payment is to be made at the time services are rendered and checks should be made payable to 蜜桃影像.
• The fee for a hearing evaluation is $50. Payment is to be made at the time services are rendered and checks should be made payable to 蜜桃影像.
• The Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Human Services Building on 蜜桃影像's campus. The physical address is 2086 7th Street, Charleston, IL 61920. The Mailing address is 600 Lincoln Avenue. 

All speech-language and audiological diagnostic evaluations are scheduled by appointment.  Speech-language diagnostics are typically scheduled Friday mornings during the fall and spring semesters.  These evaluations usually require two to three hours.  Services are provided by undergraduate or graduate-level clinicians supervised by a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist or audiologist.
